MBA in Management

Attendance & Exams

Although students are free to decide whether or not to attend lectures, they are strongly advised to take advantage of the classroom setting when possible. Students will be expected to attend all seminars.

Attendance for Visa students will be of 18 hours weekly.

Seminar times and dates will be announced.

A maximum of four modules will be activated over a ten-week period.

Exams will be proctored by ESE in their recognized centeres unless otherwise authorized by the academic dean. Exceptions to this rule may be made when students are unable to attend. In this case the exam may also be given online and be proctored virtually.

Students already competent in any subject may choose to approach courses in Challenge mode which allows them to bypass coursework by submitting only the project and sitting the final exam.

Assessment consists of a pre-test and up to two additional practice tests before the final exam which may be resit. While classroom proctored exams will be on the established dates, students having to schedule resits may do so directly with an online examiner when best suits them, and will have up16 weeks to successfully pass their exams despite the ten-week natural length of the resident program.

Final Assessment ( from January 2016).

You will have the option of studying any 11 modules plus a final assessment which may be in the form of a project or mentored work experience. In each case you will be asked to define clearly your goals and apply the principles learned in the classroom to introduce a new company on the market in the case of the latter, or at the conclusion of your experience, propose a plan for innovation or insightful restructuring that you think could make make that company even more productive.
