The United States of Europe are the natural consequence of the growth and development of a European consciousness. Being European doesn't mean to occupy a certain geographic area in Europe. > Being European means thinking as a European, living in a country with > European beliefs and traditions, and feeling as a European. > Being European is an inside out process which means to develop in each citizen a European consciousness - an inner sense of European patriotism - a conscious, eternal idea of a united nation called "Europe".
The Professional Programme in Hospitality and Tourism Management at the European School of Economics provides a strong foundation in the knowledge and tools in business and management that are necessary to excel in this prime growth area. Participants will explore the economic impact of tourism and hospitality in a range of international contexts, and consider the evolving social, cultural, economic and political factors, which influence the industry.
This programme will explore in depth the role of Customer Service, Personnel Management, Hospitality Management and International Marketing and Tourism. Participants will be able to analyse and evaluate the policies and principles that best promote a customer-focused culture and learn how to successfully manage a team to obtain this objective. Participants will also develop the skills that will enable them to predict potential trends and pitfalls within the industry and design and develop effective strategies to adjust their marketing strategies accordingly.

Course Duration: 3 month in class course + minimum 3 month internship
Mode of Delivery: Each module requires 3 in-class hours per week, for a total of 12 /15 weekly hours (Monday-Friday)

Internship Programme: Upon successful completion of the programme participants may opt to take a 3-month internship fitted to their profile and career objectives. An assessment with the ESE Placement Officer will determine their eligibility for a placement.*
Intensive English Course (optional): ESE London offers an English Foundation Course, which starts 5-weeks prior to the commencement of the programme's start date. Students can choose to participate in one or more weeks, and may decide to do full or half-day instruction.
Credits & Recognition: Upon completion of the programme, participants will be awarded an ESE Certification of successful completion of the programme.
